Reservation Request

We suggest you use a computer / laptop to submit your reservation request and not a cell phone.  We have had several occurrences where cell phone reservation requests were not received by us.

Before filling out the form below, stop and read the “Considerations.”

Considerations

Dogs MUST be from the same family and able to be housed together at meal time in order to share the same enclosure. Size of dogs may also limit our ability to house them together. There is a limit of two large dogs per enclosure for their comfort.

Your pet can be shampooed, dried, and nails trimmed before heading home. Bath and grooming services are offered the day you pick up your pet unless it is on a Sunday. In this situation, the services will be performed on Saturday.

Pick-up time may need to be adjusted for grooming needs.

New Boarding Protocol

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, Woodland Kennels Boarding is changing several procedures to protect everyone from and to stop the spread of Covid-19. These procedures will be in place when we reopen, after the nonessential business restrictions have been lifted. These procedures will also be in place indefinitely to help alleviate a second outbreak.

  1. All food must be brought in a NEW sealed bag or loose kibble in a plastic tub or bin. This is so that either bag or bin can be disinfected in the foyer prior to us handling it.
  2. All comfort items such as bedding or balls are to remain at home. We have plenty of both to keep our guests comfortable.
  3. I will now be putting our leash on your dog and YOU will remove your dog’s leash and take it with you.
  4. I will be doing all I can to maintain space for social distancing and will be wearing a mask.
  5. One person (two if bringing in multiple dogs) are permitted in the office at a time. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY INTO THE OFFICE. “See ya laters” are to be said in the parking lot. If you arrive while another customer is here, please wait outside.
  6. We will be disinfecting the doorknobs in between customers.
  7. Bathrooms will now be for private use only.

If your dog(s) take any medications, please ONLY bring the amount of medication needed for your pet's stay, plus an extra day.

 

CATS

If your cat(s) take any medications, please ONLY bring the amount of medication needed for your pet's stay, plus an extra day.

 

Holiday Hours

Though we care for your pets in our kennel during holidays, our office hours (for pick-ups and drop-offs) are limited. For holiday weekends, there is a 3 night reservation minimum. Please note the dates below:

  • New Year’s Day – (office closed)
  • Woodland Kennels and Grooming will have limited boarding January 16th thru January 30th, 2021.
  • Good Friday – (morning hours only, office closed in the afternoon)
  • Easter – (office closed)
  • Memorial Day – (morning hours only, office closed in the afternoon)
  • Independence Day – (office closed)
  • Labor Day – (morning hours only, office closed in the afternoon)
  • Friday, September 18th – (morning hours only, office closed in the afternoon)
  • Columbus Day – (morning hours only, office closed in the afternoon)
  • Thanksgiving Day – (office closed)
  • Friday following Thanksgiving – (office closed)
  • Christmas Eve – (office closed)
  • Christmas Day – (office closed)

We offer* the option of after-hours pick-up or drop-off for a fee of $55.00. An appointment is required. If you arrive early or late (outside of our stated business hours), you will also be charged $55.00.

After you SUBMIT this reservation request and PAY your non-refundable, reservation down payment, we will send you a confirmation via email. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you don’t see an email from us. You MUST PAY your non-refundable, reservation down payment to secure your reservation. Once this has been paid, your reservation is complete.
